Was admiring this when it was advertised elsewhere (it’s cheaper on here btw).
Sadly probably a touch too big for me. GLWS.

As a guide I'm 6 1' with longish legs and a weird taste in bartape. (You could get it removed.)

What a nice bike. Total bargain as well.
Here, again, is my lovely Argos refinished 753, built up with mostly dura ace components. It's a great bike but I've issues with storing multiple bikes and am fed up of moving boxes/crates/my son's collection of games etc. in order to get at them. So am going down to 1.
The frame was bought from a forum member a few years ago. I believe it's originally a very late Peugeot 753 (possible special project - it has beautifully sleeved top tube cabling; the rear dropouts took the near contemporary cluster naturally); forks were added when it was refinished by Argos and are their own straight blade 753. The white is actually pearlescent and reflects according to angle of view, but not at all according to my camera. There are marks and scuffs but absolutely no dents.
It's a 9 speed double with just the shifters (very nice condition Ultegra) and chainrings (Stronglight ct2s) differing. The combination of 7800 crank arms and 7900 bb lighten and stiffen the ride considerably. Bars are super italia pros and stem ITM eclypse. Wheels are excellent Mavic Cosmos and tyres as new Fortezza tri comp folders. Saddle is carbon and quite comfortable. Pedals I'll keep. Size is probably 59 ish but quite long and low with it (headtube approx 178 mm). Any more info please contact me. Price is now a hurtful £450, in cash please. Collection is London N1.
