Part number one was a steel fillet stem made by John Slawta of Land shark a few years back. Added to this some nitto shred straight bars

Next... The crankset I loved but never found the bike to put them on. So what the hell... Perfect for this. Plus a dura ace TT chainring I had from a previous build. My plan is to run this 1 X 10... Not sure if that will pan out. As need to figure out what shifter for the flat bars and mate it to what rear derailleur. Plus after that I need to think about flat bar brake levers to road brakes.

And this is the stage I am at today.
Not sure how long this one will take as I have a few other bikes on the go at the moment also but will update on here whenever there is progress.

Also, c-track OEM colour with repro r700 decals?

TBD. But there will also be some quirkiness in the paint also. :)

• #21
Will do, will see how it works out on this.

They are Caimillo Gravitas cranks. Pretty rare to find tho. I used to have the matching carbon brake Calipers but regretting selling them on now, even though they were a PITA to setup.

Rad!!
So, I ended up with a cannondale r700 TT 650c frame from @-cv- a while back. Also over the years I accumulated a few random parts laying around with nowhere to go. So it got me thinking. Put them together into something illogical but fun.
So the frame is a little ratty, and although I love the two tone paint on it (subtle black to silver fade) I will put a new paint job on it.
