Bowman Palace:R LTD - Crit Bike, Distance Bike, Training Bike

Worn dropouts on my HongFu means I need a new bike. Not having much money means it'll be alu. The geo of the Palace is spot on and I don't want to be another CAAD owner, so I just pulled the trigger. Used to have a Pilgrims and the stack and reach are basically the same, should be dreamy.

Picked up a new Hylix post to soften the ride and will get a new stem to stretch stuff out a bit.

Otherwise will move over all my old bits: Power2Max on Rotor 3D24, SRAM Force bits, Kinlin wheels.

I like that frame to be honest enjoy building

I'd be tempted to match the stem paint with the frame. Which groupset is going on it?

I had thought that but think the black works in @amey ‘s pic above.

Force 22 with Red Aerolink brakes and Rotor cranks. Pulled from my current bike. Half on the lookout for any Red bits.

Supposedly departing Bowman next week, so hopefully landing in 'Straya by the end of the month.

Frame is in country. Hype. Hoping to get it all done by the end of the coming week. Guess it needs tanwalls, might switch back to Veloflex after recent slicing experiences with Vittorias.

What colourway did you go for in the end? I just picked up one of the black on black edition to replace (another) dented CAAD.
