given your research is about getting more people on two wheels I feel like this might benefit some questions aimed at non-cyclists covering reasons why they haven't taken it up as a means of transport?

Done. Very average questionnaire. Doesn't seem particularly safety orientated. Appears to ask what you're most likely to buy out of a range of products.
Also, question 1 does not work for what you are trying to ask.
Question 1: Do you cycle to work or use a bike in a city?
What if you cycle to work in the countryside? You answer yes to this question, but have no idea if they are an urban cyclists? Why not ask - do you regularly cycle in a city?
To that end, what specifically about urban cycling would not apply to someone regularly cycling in non urban areas?
Nice background though.

Hi all,
I'm conducting some research for a university project on the various aspects of using a bike in or near dense urban areas. This could be occasional use, daily commuters, weekend lycra societies, Boris/O-Bikers - the lot!
I've put together a (really) short questionnaire on the link below so if you could take a look it would be HUGELY appreciated.

It honestly takes less than 5 minutes to complete and the resulting project is entirely focused around making cycling in the city safer with a view to getting more people on two wheels. So hopefully everyone on here would benefit 1
THANKS!!!
