WTB - Riser bars, Short stem, Front rack

After some shit for my track bike.

*Riserbars - looking for some widerbars ~600mm or wider. 31.8mm -SORTED -*****

***Stem - Looking for short stem ~70-90mm, thomson if poss, something black that's not ugly - SORTED***

Front pizza rack - Looking for a front racks that easy to install on a bike with mounts for one. Preferably something flat, not the basket type.
