Just saw a set of the bars whilst scrolling through the less commonly viewed 'Collectables' bicycle category on eBay- once there it's Transportation/Other and search for handlebars and it should bring it up.

Thanks for the heads-up but the prices seem like they include vintage taxes. I'm looking for more of a ratty bar.

Ho hum, yes there's a fair few exotic/antique items in that section that go for tidy sums (even when they're not sold as BIN!)- although I didn't think to remember what the price was, so obviously wasn’t much good considering your rat criteria. However, I do know that it's still v possible to pick up bargains in that section so I had another flick through and saw a different one of the bars for £8 + £6 postage. Maybe the cheapest you'll find for a vintage set, as they seem quite unusual even back in the day.

Check out Humpert / Ergotec city/trekking section, they have lots of similar bars and are quite cheap

These look like a good match for what you’re after and are cheap:

Looking for these bars myself (Velo Orange) but may have the saddle you need, cheersk
Hey guys,
I'm looking for replacement parts for my beater.
Oxford/north road-ish handlebars like these. Not much rise and not so wide. 3ttt trial piana looks cool.
White saddle like my current saddle. I don't exactly the model but this kind would be nice.
16t and 17t cogs
Preferably DA, but since Shimano didn't make 17t NJS cogs, anything comparable would also be cool.
Everything preferably quite beat up and cheap please :) Also you'd have to ship to Germany.
