Bought these on ebay before realising they have no braking surface. They're in very good condition and nice and true.

I paid £40 for the pair so asking for the same.

I'm also now on the market for a pair of 700c wheels (with braking surface) as close to the price of these if anyone can help?

So you know, you can still use these with brakes,they work just fine.

The brake tracks are pristine though from the looks of things, I wouldn't run a brake on them if it were me haha.
