WTD: Forks w/ 35mm Rake & 230mm steerer

1 1/8” straight steerer,
Pref. Alloy / carbon. An uncut Alpina would be ideal but got owt’ similar?

Do you need them drilled for brakes or not?

I have a set of undrilled 2013 Viner Perfecta Pista 2.11 handmade carbon track forks going spare.
