Wanted: 25.4 risers and 26 inch tyres

I need a few bits to finish my 1x1 off. In no particular order:
1. Easton monkey bars or similar risers. 25.4 and alu.
  ~~2. Surly or Salsa 30.0 seat clamp.~~
  ~~3. 1 1/8th Cane Creek 40 headset.~~
  ~~4. 42 or 44T 130 bcd singlespeed chainring.~~
2. A pair of 26 inch semi slick tyres. Around 2-2.2
