I think you might find v12's too grippy unless you remove some of the pins, remember with straps on there you need to slide your feet across the pedals to get into them.
I've been using plastic bmx pedals with Gusset's version of the horizontal strap, the grip is right but the bearing's don't stay nice for very long.

Really like my skingrowsback straps. Think they've rebranded now or are making for another company, but the strap system has the best design of any I've seen.

Yeah I removed all the pins on one side of the Demolitions. Also discovered a pair of V12s in my parts bin I had forgotten about, may try them with pins out on one side.

I've got a brand new pair of Odyssey ?Twisted plastic pedals if they'd be of interest to you. Cheers. Tom

You'll struggle to fit Restraps (the horizontal ones anyway) to the Odyssey twisted pedals. The grandstands however...

Don't do it. (Skingrowsback ect) They are just holdfast copies. Any straps with side buckles and metal are pointless faff. Ynots are sick. Gussets are not pretty but good. BO straps are good if you like cagey style.
I run YNOTS and Stolen Thermalites... (I've been through so many combos. Trust) -

I had hold fasts back in the day and really liked them for doing skids they were fitted with Crank brother mallet or what ever the flat pedal they had out at the time as and I had no pin on that side either.
I am sure it has been discussed as infinit but I was just wondering what people think are the best flat pedal and straps combo. About to pull the trigger on some Restraps but wondering what pedal ppl favour? I have a pair of Demolition BMX pedals on atm and frankly they feel agricultural. V12s still well thought of?
