In my experience yes, in my experience mine have used the same 4 tooth tool as Shimano single speed freewheels, but it’s possible your SA freewheel could be different.

Ahh yes if they're both single speed the tool is similar! Sorry I wasn't sure if OP meant multi or single speed shimano.

Yes it is both single speed. Would you be able to say which tool is the best for all around freewheel removal. If I had one tool would it be the Sturmey-Archer or the Shimano one?

Does your freewheel have four notches to accept a four toothed tool? If so this is what you need:
