I assume you’ve checked there are no spacers on the hub? There is no spacer required for sram cassettes between the hub and the largest cog.

No, there's no spacers. Apparently I'm not the first one that have the same problem with Force 22

I'm absolutely stumped. Only thing I can think of is going to LBS to see if I can try any other cassette -

I'd compare both the cassette and the freehub with some that are known to work.
Then you'll know which part is at fault, which will dictate the possible remedies.

Yeah, next logical step to do, not looking forward to remove the cassette of my winter bike :(
I'm fitting a SRAM Force 11 speed in a Powerway hub. Somehow it the thing is sitting a bit outwards and the locking is only engaging a few threads.
Looks dodgy, surely something is not right. Checked the hub body, apparently is 11 speed wide. Last cog looks about 2mm out of the hub. Something I'm missing?
