Freecycle - 90's Marin Pine Mountain front end

Perhaps useful to someone, from whatever the largest size frame was (21" maybe?)

1 1/8 Threaded Fork - 385mm A-C, 22cm Steerer, 4cm of threads.
Stem w/canti brake hanger thing - 12.5cm
OG headset with all parts.

Paint is faded and battered and headset has some overspray on it, but all is sound.

Free to collect from N4, but you must take the whole lot.

I also have the 29.5 seatpost. I'm planning to get a shim machined to run a more conventional size on the frame - ideally would like to hold on to it until this is done, however if you're taking the above and desparate for one you can have it too.

Do you reckon this could be run with a non-thread headset/stem? If so and pending measurement of my frame I'd definitely take this off your hands.

Perhaps if you trimmed down steerer but I'm not really sure.

However, ideally would like them to go to someone who is going to use as they are - as 1 1/8th threaded can be a PITA to find, threadless not so much.

I'll hold out on the above for the moment but if no takers then happy for you to take + have a go.
