I think I have a Pompino disc fork at home, pretty sure I haven't sold it.
-

@Jimmy_Fingers afaik there's no Pompino disc, do you mean Pompetamine?
-
• #5
Pretty sure there's a surly one on ebay

I have an original Croix de Fer disc fork at home.
It's unused as I swapped it for a carbon equivalent when I built up the bike.

@sacredhart didn't find a surly disc fork on it. Do you have a link?
-

That's the fella

@boristrump sounds good. Does it have rack mounts?
-

No luck so far and nothing on eBay either. So I'm trying again here. Does anyone have what I'm looking for?

Still looking for used Surly Straggler forks. Has anything turned up in the meantime?
-

I have a set of straggler forks in black, if you still need them & happy to post- I can put up some pics later.

How fat a tire does it take? Looks like the wheel was put in crooked into the dropouts or was was the wheel out of straightness?
I might be interested if fwd will pass.

Don't think they have made a disc trucker in black so should be a straggler. They should have the max tyre dimensions on the Surly website.

That's with a 40mm 700c tyre.
I took that picture last year so I can't actually remember if that's just a bad picture or whether there actually isn't any clearance, but the wheel and fork are definitely straight so I think I just took the photo in a half-arsed way.

What's the axle to crown distance? Would be different for trucker vs straggler
-
• #18
I'll take them if OP doesn't (and pending price)!

It appears to be around 360mm, which suggests that it is not the Straggler fork, as they are listed as 400mm.

The disc trucker 26“ has an a-c of 376mm. So it might be this?
In any case the a-c is to short for my bike. Thanks for the offer though.

Price? And sideview pics?

I am away for the weekend but I can supply more pics early next week or Sunday evening.

Did these go @tommmmmmm ?
Looking for a steel disc fork with mudguard eyelets and mid-fork mounts for lowriders. Should fit bigger tires and the A-C should be in the 395 area. A Surly Straggler / Disc Trucker or a Thorn disc fork would be ideal, but I'm open to others as well. Paint doesn't matter since I'm plaining to get these repainted together with the frame.
I live in Berlin, so seller must be willing to post to Germany.
Thanks a lot!
