Bought this frameset a while ago.
Had some parts laying around and turned out pretty nice i think :)
I dont have any clue who is the framebuilder or brand for this frame. Only thing what could be a clue are the Bocama "professional lugs" that are used,
and the Shimano track drop-outs.
