Should be 27.2. Columbus SL tubing. Not sure what you mean with the other question.

Hi,
Two questions that I have:
What is the seat post diameter meant for this frame ? I'd like to compare the answer to what I know is seized in the seat tube of the bike I recently acquired.
If I didn't have a seat post seized in the tube would I see a 'breather' hole between the seat tube and the top tube? Is that how Gios made frames or is it a solid closed tube all the way down to the BB shell?
