Bump to £490.
I've taken it around twice on 25mm tubeless and it's also a perfectly able road bike...if it's your size. I'm 6'1.75", 32-33" inseam and 6' arm span. I've dropped the stem a bit and it's still comfortable, but still a few too many spacers under it. Here's an updated picture.

@Root-n-5th 820mm with what is now a different, slightly more laid back seatpost. Stem is 120 mm in that most recent picture.

Sold.
Purchased from Merlin in August for £630, finished building 2 days ago...it's too small.
It's got two superficial scratches on the top tube from moving about the shed.
