If anyone thinks my asking price is too far off the mark then please feel free to make me a sensible offer. I don't want to break the bike down though. Thanks.

Interested in frameset if you split.

Lovely frame you have there. You'll be hunted and shot down on the forum mind you for having it for sale elsewhere too.
Would be nice to have such a gem exclusively on here for sale to give the Colnago lovers a chance of seeing it. I'm sure you'll soon strike up a deal.

Not keen on splitting but thank you for your interest though.

Hi there - I didn't realise that was a no no to be fair. I really don't want to sell it but we have a baby on the way and a big house and job move (for less money!) and I haven't had any interest on here in nearly a week so I've put it on eBay yesterday. I thought it would strike up more interest but it's always easy to be biased regarding your own choice of bike isn't it?
I haven't even had any critical feedback on my price guide query. -

And thank you for the compliment on the frame by the way! I omitted to say that!
-
• #13
I think the price is more than fair.

...I just re-read my first reply to you and it sounded really negative! That wasn't my intention. I fully support the purist line but time is not in my favour this time.

hey man, price seems fair... I sold my pristine Master Pista with high spec components last year for 1300. I sold it on ebay in the end after having it up on LFGSS for quite a long time at £1250, lots of love for it but no takers.
I would give it more than a week up here personally before going to ebay.
Really lovely bike, hope it goes to a good home. -

It's a great frame but I think you will have more success splitting the bike for sale on here.
-
• #17
Thanks mate - it's always tough to tell with your own kit isn't it? 😊

• #18
Thank you mate - I really appreciate that. I would ideally like to have the luxury of more time but I don't unfortunately.
-
• #19
I think you're right but I'm not keen to do that time-wise.

Ah don't worry, certainly didn't come across with a negative vibe.
It really must be hard to let such a beauty go. -
• #21
Indeed :)

• #22
A rare beauty too.
-
• #23
It really is. And thank you. Needs must, unfortunately, at this important time.

500 out of my budget... :-(
