Selling my rack and panniers, been used a couple of times so have marks etc but overall good condition. The pocket net on the side have some holes but honestly never used it....They come with shoulder straps. You need a piece of rubber (I used an old inner tube) to fit the rack into a seatpost. Very strong and sturdy...
