Address for postage in Sweden

Posted this in any question but I think it got a bit lost.

Is anyone in Sweden - preferably Stockholm - that could receive a parcel for me and forward to the UK?
It's a Stockholm CK jersey that I've been trying to get hold of.

Obviously will pay postage and beer/hassle/donations.
