Got a pair - you'll need to polish them up tho.

Likewise. Got a tatty pair WITH COASTER BRAKE.

Nice. Cheers both. Don't mind a bit of polishing. So to speak. Pics? Prices?

There's a seller on eBay does these.
Think they do singlespeed freewheel and coaster.
Bout £60 a set last I looked I think.

Realised I have another set, not the one I had on mind, but in better cosmetic condition. Big freewheel tho. The other set got covered in paint from the shed, so I'll need to wipe it down before uploading a photo.

Nicey but pricy! Best new set price I could find was 48£ from bankruptbikes (! Me neither).

Dynamotastic front hub! Be keen to see the others as well.
Prices anyone, might need posting (if that's a ball ache do say) or may be able to collect. Don't live in The London but the bike will be once it's done. -

I bought a 26 x 1 3/8 coaster rear only recently. I think it was from Taylors wheels who although sounding uqite British, are actually German. Worked out cheaper for me to buy a complete wheel than to buy a rim and spokes and build a new wheel with the hub from my old wheel.

Wow. That's pretty good value.

@user48602 and @vilms5000, any prices on yours before I head to fleabay? Rather not pay 40£ when the bike only cost 20£! Plus spend the money with nice people here...

Sorry. I'll upload pics shortly. Message me re. Bankrupt Bikes and those wheelsets if that's where you're headed.
I was going to suggest you taking these off my hands for a forum donation? -

Whoa, hang on, been offered a what looks like a set foc by my lad (emailed a skip-bike find by all accounts). Sorry @vilms5000 to dick around. @littleK, your call...
-
• #18
Cheers @vilms5000
Will post a pic when I get them, hope they're reasonably true (I know, gift-horses, etc.)
My last find was a complete late '90's Gary Fisher mb, bit tatty but all there: now running around in the West Country with happy son No.2... -

Sorry @vilms5000 will have to miss out on these too much distance and not enough time but very much appreciate the offer thanks k
-
• #20
No problem! Reckon this one's done @richardshill ?
-
• #21
Well... am waiting for skip-find pics from up North! But if you can find yours a good home then all good :-) Don't bin 'em if you're tempted to?
-
• #22
Ah. Okay. I'll relocate these to London and stick them in the shed. They'll be landfill otherwise.
-

Good plan (hate landfill, such a waste) ans phone-call report didn't sound too promising, talk of 'seized-up' but will wait for a skype inspection.
What have you got? Cheap and nice for an '70's BSA rescue.
