WANTED: Kids Track Bike or BMX

Bit of a long shot but has anyone got anything available? My brother got his bike nicked couple days ago and he's in need of one. I wanna get him into track and looking for what's out here. Not got a lot to spend but list what you have. He's 10 y.o. and about 1.40 m.

Not sure it's exactly what you're after but I've got a 24" wheel road bike that I got for my kid for much the same reason a few years back. It's old (says Made in West Germany on it) and nothing special but i think its mostly in good working order and free if it's any use?
