Vintage 23" Raleigh cycle. The reference number on the seatlug has a "P" suffix and it has the fancy design lugs, thin taper seatstays and chainstays and detachable 3 pin chainring, which suggest that it's a Raleigh Clubman model of the late 1940s and early 1950s. The cycle has been upgraded and has combination hub and derailleur gears (Sturmey Archer hub, Cyclo two cog freewheel, Huret derailleur and lever), which make it 6-speed. Information about hybrid gearing can be seen on The Classic Lightweights site.
