Couple of days in Sweden

Have a day and a bit to chill after Vatternrundan. Not that bothered about heading straight back to Stockholm so does anyone have any experience of SE Sweden?
We have a car so are there any good places to plot up and maybe have a few local rides? Any must-sees?

You could try the Gota Canal...not exactly challenging riding but good to chill out in if you're looking for some quiet fun
