2 foam rollers for freecycle.

originally was one long roller but I cut it half to make it easier to store and use.
circa 150mm diameter and 500mm long

Can be picked up in E11 or EC3M.

Get rolling! Incredibly painful but the relief when the tightness in your ITB's go is worth it.
