Freecycle: Raleigh Courier Shopper / Dutch type bike

Got for my better half who has not really taken to the cycling world as I had hoped and is now tkaing up space (the bike not my wife!)

Its an old Raleigh Courier which could definitely use some TLC but is in a condition to ride away (It's built like a tank!)

To avoid confusion / any hard feeling there's been a couple of dibs come through on this at once some on PM etc.
in chronological order they are:
