A Veloce BB is no use with a Record chainset: the chainline will be wrong.
Can the pedals be removed?

I'd be interested in the pedals separately (2nd dibs if scilly is suggesting he'd like them)

Adding to what scilly said: Afaik all record doubles from 2nd gen 8 speed till 10 speed used 102mm BBs. Correct me if I'm wrong.

All yours: but when pedals are sold attached to cranks, it should be be made clear whether or not they're seized.

The pedals are not seized to cranks. I have just removed them!
You don't have to have the Veloce bb.

Record & Chorus used 102mm from 1995.
Everything else stayed 111mm, but ISO taper.
