24-28 fixed hub set or other drilling different than 32,36

i'm looking for low flange, black, 24front 28rear fixed (not track) hubs. so rather cheap, budged but good quality like novatec, miche.

is there anything worth a try other than expensive mack, phill wood or some custom hubs?

The front one one is minimum 28 holes though.

yeah sorry, i meant fixed (street fixed gear everyday use) not some fancy track hubs like DA or other.
