Extremely rare Presto Frame with newly chromed fork (63cm)

For sale this extremely rare hand built Presto frame.
The frame has been built in The Netherlands. The fork has been newly chromed and hasn't been used since.
The frame comes with a Campagnolo Record bottom bracket.
There are some very minor chip marks but they have been touched up.
The frame is full of details and engravings and Presto's are considered to be the best Dutch bikes ever built. Even in The Netherlands this brand is also extremely rare and incredibly sought after.
