sure you want qr wheel for a frame with track ends?

Single speed disc hubs tend to be expensive niche items. You can take a normal disc brake rear wheel and put a sprocket on with spacers to get the best single speed chainline.
I have a mavic rim laced to a Hope pro evo 2 hub.
£70?

Just use a chain tug.

Ah, OK. Wasn't aware that that would be a bad idea. Thanks for the question/feedback, I'd rather my lack of knowledge to be revealed than me taking a bite out of some tarmac. Are there axle bolts/fasteners that you'd go for? And any axle diameter that I should look for/avoid?

Cheers James, thanks for the info and for the offer. I'll have a think and a look around, and let you know if I want the wheel. I guess that would give me more adjustability with the chainline too...
I'm considering picking up a pompetamine frame that I've found for sale. I'll be needing a rear wheel for it, and just wondering if anyone has anything suitable lurking about their person.
135mm spacing
9mm QR,
700/29"
Tubeless ready preferred
rims wide enough for 35mm tyres (at least)
I think that's what I need. This will probably be brought to the pub, and left at various dubious spots around town, so nothing too fancy.
Or does anyone have any suggestions if I were to get something new?
I have a front wheel, which I think will fit, but will consider a full wheelset if you're trying to get rid.
Cheers
