It is indeed, doesn't affect the handling though, and it's why I'm asking for 250 pounds, which is quite reasonable imo. Let me know if you guys think differently.

For the buyer, I'm the previous owner who sold it to @nutsjesmoar this is the same frame but smaller and is marked up as certeni?! Just if you were looking for some frame identification!
Because I've got a new frame I'm selling this as a complete bike.
Bought it of @Wadi2 some time ago. I don't know how it happened but there is a small dent in the left chainstay. I haven't ridden it much and it has never crashed so I really don't know how there is a dent, but it's there.
