Ratty frame 59 C-T

Small dent to top tube, slightly bigger one to down tube. The dents were there when I got the frame.
It was badly painted blue when I got it, I stripped it and let it get a ratty rust coat before treating it with oil. It's a solid frame. Nice brake bridge detail. Fork is drilled.
Headset's a bit crunchy and needs adjusting. Bottom bracket is fine.
