Road bike with space for mudguards: Trek Alpha 1.5 size 58

I bought this from @Hulsroy 500 miles ago for £370 without seatpost, saddle or pedals. Now looking for £350 with seatpost (generic Specialized one) and a Flite with a slight scuff on the side. Details from original sale:

Trek Alpha 1.5 size 58 (573mm top tube ctc)

Older Shimano 105 5700 groupset with new 5800 chainset, new cassette
and new chain (less than 1000km) New Tektro brakes Cane Creek 10
headset (less than 1000km) New Jagwire Road Pro cables 3T ergonova pro
handlebars with Fizik Microtex bartape Uno stem SKS mudguards Wheels
are 32h Novatec hubs, Shimano Cam QRs, Sapim Race spokes and Mavic
A119 rims (these have also don less than 1000km)

The bike rolls smoothly and feels like a new bike.

Frame will take 25c + mudguards.

I've taken off the fron brake since I bought it and replaced with a silver Shimano jobby that was lighter and stiffer than the old one. Bar tape is ripped slightly after I fell off (no other damage) and I have a fresh set ready to go on that I'll include.

Bizarrely the barrel adjusters have been replaced with fancy brass ones from Donhou Bicycles.

I live SE so can deliver nearby or take to work in Victoria.
