Lee valley hire bike pedals

Just wondering what pedal system they have on the hire biked. I have speedplay on my roadbike & hoping I can take my own shoes to use

If you're hiring a bike it's Keo's on your own shoes, hire shoes or trainers and use flats with straps.

they have a cage and straps that attach to the looks so you can wear your own footwear

The cage and straps are really bad! Like wearing huge platform shoes to ride in.
I'd invest in the hire of shoes when you get there. Wish I had :(

If you are planning on going more than once I'd buy a pair of Look Keo cleats to put on your own shoes. You will have paid them back within 2 lots of shoe hire!
