I was going to go tubeless then I purchased the wrong tape width and realise that I also need to get some specific tyres, a bottle of sealant and a special booster pump.
A lot of kit & dosh!

The sale includes:
A pair of Presta Tubeless Valves, Anodised Black (For No Tubes Conversions)
Light weight (reduces rotational weight)
Anodised Aluminium in Black

Fits rims with Presta or Schrader Hole

Tesa 4289 is a heavy duty tensilised polypropylene strapping tape with a natural rubber adhesive system.
For use as rim tape for No Tubes conversions.
This roll is Trade size, 25mm wide and 66m long making it exceptional value for sealing many rims.
As a rough guide if your rims have an outside width of less then 24mm use 19mm tape. For rims with an outside width of 24mm or more then use this 25mm tape.

Velocity Veloplugs ×28 yellow & at least x72 red
A great, lighter alternative to rim tape.
Red plugs fit non-eyeleted rims with 7.7-8.3mm diameter holes
Yellow plugs fit eyeleted rims and most rims with 8.7-9.3mm diameter web holes
I paid £12.49+postage for the red plugs alone

I have spent £32.47 + postage so I would like to recoup most of it please.

What were the veloplugs for?

I have hundreds of them in a jar. long story.

Too much reading on the internetz told me that I should have both veloplugs AND tubeless rim tape.

No problems - that's the issue I had initially.

It would be good for a touring bike with wider rims or perhaps some of 2017 superwide carbon track rims (fat boys or whatever they market them as).

Should be possible to trim it to size on the roll with a Stanley knife or similar.
