Buying a new bike so having a clearout. Dynamo, wheels, shifters, brakes

Hi folks im buying myself a trendy new bike, which means i need to clear out some parts of old ones. Il sort pics out tomorrow. PM with offers

Novatec Jetfly wheels. Less than a year old. Loads of life left in them. Tubeless ready (i may have the valves somewhere) They look great, only cosmetic issue is where i put them on a different bike and the pads sat a little lower, thus rubbing a bit below the braking surface. £160 posted.

Shimano Tiagra 10 speed flat bar shifters. Used but working Great. £50 posted.

Sora Flat bar brakes £15 posted

105 5800 levers. Left lever took a knock in a crash so works but is a bit stiff. £60 posted

Shimano MT66 rear wheel 29er 142 x 12. Fitted to a bike but never ridden. £50 posted.

105 10 speed rear mech and ultegra 10 speed front mech working but tatty. £15 posted for the pair.

Few updates on prices. £160 for the jetflys

Also have an xt m8000 rear mech and J tec shift mate. Pair those with the 105 levers and you have a 1x road set up sorted.

Is there a disc dynamo wheel going on here somewhere? I can't see it.

Potentially interested in the rear mech and shift mate as well as the Rival derailléur. How much?
