Very decent winters day! Thanks John, was an excellent way to start the year. The ride is great way of seeing so many good bits of London. Enjoyed the parts just before Brentford, getting disorientated meandering around south London, running over a dog successfully, practising puncture repairing, and the sunset at Woolwich. And no hangover! Would ride mostly sober again.

Ha.
The seventh iteration of the EPIC:
"ITS LONDON IN A DAY"

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY: To start the new year right this will mostly be a dry ride, avoiding pubs (but have a tin or a pint if you want to).
An off-road and traffic-free adventure taking in all points of the city's compass.
Fun, quick at times but social.
Unsupported, never far from public transport/bail points.
TIMINGS:

-11:30 Lower Mall, Furnival Gardens
(Start of 23c-friendly section - before this mud and gravel tracks)
-13:30 Tennis Courts, Brockwell Park
Will pin stops regularly throughout the afternoon, or text me or DM on FB for our location.
126KMs, mostly traffic-free (Rivers, Canals, Greenways, Parks, Trails, Quiet Streets), back-loaded with some hills.
