No. frame, fork, 1x group set, headset (CK), some Thomson finishing kit and the rack.
(Basically no wheels or saddle or pedals).
Yes it splits.
Also comes with the travel case to fit the bike (including wheels) (excuse the filter):

... is a picture of a case with bits of a red bike in it. Which has a filter on it that makes it look minature.

How hard can it be to attach some decent detailed pictures (of a bike that looks pink!) when you want over 1.5k for it?
