The bike rolls smoothly and feels like a new bike.

I am 6ft3 / 190cm with an inseam of 100cm and the bike is a tad to small for me, hence the sale.

What's your budget? I could swap seat post, stem for something from my parts bin, keep the saddle and let you have it cheaper.
If have your own chainset I can also keep the one on here.
