Yes she died right in front of my friend's shop and he was really shaked and closed the shop for the whole day.

She wasn't a cyclist, she was a pedestrian, altought that of course changes nothing in this horrible tragedy.
Cars, trucks, vans, bikes, people, we all go too fast for no reason. There'll always be some red light ready to waste the recovered time.

He testified to being on his mobile phone when the collision occurred.
It was a hands free phone and he had both ear phones in. The call was
seven minutes long.

One of the sensors was not working at the time of the collision but
the police investigator testified that this would not have made any
difference

The lorry driver had overtaken Lucia once and so should have been
aware that he was sharing the road with cyclists.
