Did Campag make 5/6 speed freewheels?
All I recall from the 70s/80s are Regina and Everest as being the best freewheel manufacturers.
Then there were the lower level Maillard/Suntour etc.If they did make them, then they are rare now and unaffordable then!

Yep. They made 5,6 and 7. Made out of aluminium and weighed next to nothing.

Have you thought about a Regina America? Cheaper than Campag.
-
• #12
Yeah, or even a period Suntour one. I may even have a Regina extra in the parts bin somewhere.....
I just thought if I could find a Campag on earth it would be lovely, for completeness and all that.
I still haven't found a Campag one by the time it's good to be built (and there's no rush) then I will 'have' to put a temp one on.

Good stuff, in that case I have a pair of Mavic GP4 laced to Campag Record hubs, let me know if they're any good to you, cheers.
Edit: Doh, just seen your op, is it 27" rims you're after, think mine are 700c....
I'm after the following bits for my Elsegood 70's remake/restoration
All reasonable conditions considered
