Sweden - brakeless?

Next week going to Sweden with friends on Fixed gear bikes. How illegal is brakeless? Will be there for a day, riding in Stockholm only.

From my personal experience of Sweden, id say you would be ok. Loads of people cycle and riding brakeless isn't anymore serious than it is here, just take care
