It's stuck beyond twisting its in a vice this guys sorted me out before, but you'd have to post it of to him.
Have you tried penetrating oil in the seat tube and puting upside down over night, that worked for me before too

If you've not tried it, I really recommend PlusGas.

Sometimes a hairdryer or kettle of hot water can supply enough heat to get things moving.

Update: plus gas all over it and soaking over night. Let's see shall we.

I got a layback thomson out recently by clamping it in a vice and twisting the frame. Post might not be useable afterwards but worked to save the frame

Time for a vice me thinks and a new post no doubt. Plus gas was a no. ( left over night)
I got a lay back Thomson stuck in a bianchi pista frame any ideas for removal have tried old seat and twisting loads of wd40 and such like . All to no avail. Not really a big fan of blow torches.
Does anyone know decent shops which could help ? Would like to keep both and use em.
