It's not a bargain.
It is a weird, weird bike with some bizarre component choices.
S/H prices if split
titanium frame - £400
R500 wheels - £50
Drivetrain - £100
Tyres - £20
Saddle - £40
Seatpost - £40
Bar & stem - £20
Brakes & levers - £20Being kind with the above, I reckon about £800 quid in split prices. £700 seems more like a realistic whole price (especially considering the limited appeal)
That all changes if the frame is something special - can you elaborate on the brand, provenance or design of the frame?

A shop sold you a bike too big for you?
Nice looking thing but things like this don't usually sell for a price like that on here in my experience. And as the other guy said, the components are not all high quality. 50% of the new price is a good place to start and then probably some.
