Very nice track frame...clearly not a Fondriest though as it looks more like from the 50s and Fondriest is a much more recent brand.
The wrap over stays are telling though. Maybe a Carlton Track? Albeit it seems a bit of a different wrap over then the Carlton ones...
Got a closer picture of the seat cluster and bottom bracket area (above and below)? (of course, if you're interested in identifying it)

Yea, I have always thought it wasn't a Fondriest.
I have never seen one like it on my web searches. Just didn't know what else to call it.
Its still a nice stiff frame. I kind of hope it dosen't sell.I will take some more photos now and upload them.

That wrapover is very unique...I don't think it's a Holdsworth, but there were a few builders who had a flat wrapover (as opposed to the rounded Carlton one), so it should be identifiable.
Update: actually also Carlton had flat wrapover stays...as Rourke did too, but he had a very unique type.
