Raleigh 1950s (?) tourer-style frame and forks in good condition, repainted - bought off eBay with intention of building up, as you can see didn't get very far. model unknown. pump bosses ready for full-length pump on down tube. headset, stem, bars & retro brake levers included. A good stating point for a retro build. price drop: £30

27" fixed/free wheel set as seen in pics available separately £30 (also listed on 'components' classifieds)

Those forks don't look very seventies, the whole frame looks like it's closer to the 1940s or 50s in age.

you are probably right - I am just going by original listing info from fleabay seller I got it from.
