• So I've accumulated a few bits for a track bike project that won't now happen, but I'm sure some of the peeps on this site will find a use for them:)

25/9/16 thread update- I've added some more bits I probably won't find a use for, track/ss stuff as well, for the most part. All of these are the items
I've added to the top of the thread (immediately below) and below that there's still a couple of items from before the update- if interested, you can go down the thread and check thread responses that tell what was sold.

    29/9/16
yet another thread update for new parts, I'd considered using them on one of those 80's frames with the aero tubing, like the one I sold recently in the complete bike forum, but have started a 90's project instead so these parts have to go.
Shimano Dura-Ace AX 7300 bars and 600AX combo
The bars are the star of the show here as they're pretty much the rarest and pretty sought after DA kit around (Shimano gave the bars a v limited run), and this example is in lovely condition. Width is 40cm and clamp size is 26mm. These are part of Shimano's AX 'aero' groupset, the upshot of which is a few tweaks to the bars profile- this being the the bars are ovalised along the flats, as well as having a subtle downward curve there. The central sleeve is hardly marked, just a few fine lines if you look closely. The bars show some zigzagging around the ends, but of course these will be under the tape. Nothing else to speak of.
Just seen a set of these go on EBay for the equivalent of £230, but that's eBay:) On this site they've also sold for a fair bit. I'm pricing mine at £30.

Shimano 600AX stem. Not in the same league of rarity as the above item, but still pretty scarce, and also is a rarer smaller size, so probably quite collectable for that alone. These also have an 'aero' design, the bar clamp being the internal bolt type, and the bolt head area is given a reduced profile, due the wedge bolt being fully internally housed in the stem.
Condition is only good due to some stuffing above the clamp area, and a few small scratches here and there. Zigzagging marks are below the minimum insertion line. The plastic bolt cover shows a chip and a crack, but I believe this can quite easily be replaced with a repro metal one I've seen sold on the site. Clamp size 26mm, length 70mm.
    Price £15

    END OF UPDATE

Miche Primato Pistard 36h track rear hub and Miche 17t cog. This is in fine condition, with the cartridge bearings having been replaced very recently. Some marks from spoke lacing can be seen, but besides this it's pretty immaculate. Threads are good, with only a small cut into the lockring thread from when the wheel was in storage. The Miche cog's wear is only to the anodizing on it, it's had little use. It's a track design so not double sided flip flop, but I believe a freewheel can still be fitted, although some could class this as sacrilegious on this hub:)
I've seen these online for a little over £30 (cheapest is Wiggle) without cog, so I will sell at £20.

BLB/Andel track chainset with Specialites TA Alize track 1/8" 44t chainring. This chainset is the single speed only type, with no ledges on the reverse side of the spider to secure an inner chainring. Threads and rappers all fine. The cranks do show a couple of nicks though, as well as minor heelrub. Arm length is 165mm, BCD is 130. The chainring has been rerecently added, and has no wear to the teeth I can see. These could be paired with my BLB track pedals I've listed below:)
BLB sell these for £60 but only with their standard BLB chainrings- seeing as mine is a TA one, I'm selling for £30.

Surly 16t 13/32 cog. This is actually not a track cog, but one for use with a single speed cassette conversion kit ie most likely to replace a worn/unsuitable cog used with an existing kit you may have. If you dondon't have a kit, spacers can be fitted to your freehub body, as long as you've enough:) Condition is pretty excellent, with faint anodizing wear to alternate teeth for some reason. Also pictured are two Shimano cogs, one 16t, one 18t, the same design as the above, except that the Surly cog is chunkier around the freehub splines area. These are in new condition though.
    Surly £5, Shimano £3 each.

Guru head fairing. This isn't actually the full aero type crash protection tt/tri specific helmets available today, but simply an aid to improve your aerodynamics on the bike. Although, I'm sure there would be some kind of crash protection given, especially as the fairings material isn't simply plastic, but appears to be some kind of fibre glass stuff. Size must be 'universal', I'm guessing- it would seem to be something like a medium IMO. Condition is fine, with just one or two cuts in the decals. Some new internal pads will be needed though, as only the front one remains, I'm guessing something like aero bar pads would be suitable. This is from the 90's, not UCI approved, I'm afraid:) These are getting more rare now, still a few TT's or tri's you can do this year wearing this, and you could stand out from the crowd with it too:)
    £10

Sportful Norain water repellent armwarmers.  New, with labels. Size medium. Cheapest I could find this online was £19, so I'll say £10.

A pair of Continental Gatorskin 650c 28mm tyres. I'm not entirely certain they're the 650c size- their sidewall info states 28 559- I'm sure that if you're someone who has suiting wheels then you'll likely know the size info, and know if these are right for you. Anyway, these look in very good condition generally, and the semi-slick tread shows virtually no wear. I can only see where a single puncture has happened, and this isn't a bad cut. These tyres are £28 each online, at the cheapest price. They're also pretty rare in this size, so I'm pricing them at £12 each.

    END OF UPDATE

First up, a v nearly mint condition pair of Nitto M123AA NJS alloy track bars. Width 40cm, clamp 26mm. The only signs of usage is v minor zigzag mark at the rear of the clamp area and some greasiness from the stem clamp, lovely condition! £20

BLB track quill stem. Downward angled, of course. Length 85mm, clamp 26mm. Very little use, just one small mark immediately above the minimum insert level, and a scratch on the bar clamp area. £7

ITM Italia Competition track bars. Width 38cm, clamp 26mm. A fair few marks on these, but overall still v nice. The only thing really noticeable is a rub mark from fitting a stem with an incorrectly sized clamp area- some paint has rubbed away around the top/rear of the centre bulge. £5

A pair of M Brev 700c forks. These are steel and lugged, but being modern, have a threadless steerer with 1 1/8" diameter. 202mm of steerer is available. Very nice retro styled pointy lugs with cutouts, along with a flat crown. Chunky dropouts look to be good quality, although not stamped by any manufacturer. Chrome and finish are excellent, and condition is fine with mostly just marks to the transfers. These will easily peel off BTW. And the forks are pretty light IMO. Not track forks though- sorry:) £12

    Newly added:
I'm selling quite a lot now, so donation will be made if it starts going.

A rear track wheel with H Plus Son Formation Face rim, laced to Phil Wood hub. Another seller on the site sold a wheelset with the same spec as the above, along with a Phil Wood cog, for £270, so I've decided to price mine at £140. His rear one did have the Phil cog which is slightly better than the Halo one I'm including, but mine does include the sought after Phil Chrome Dome locknuts, so might be a better deal:) Rim is the no braking surface type and hub is the purely track (ie not flip flop) variety. The Halo cog is 16t. Mechanically, I rate the wheel as having had minimum usage- spoke tension is perfect, and rim is true with cartridge bearings feeling like new. Cosmetically, there isn't much to report, with only a few v tiny scratches and some stuffs around the edge of the rim. Can't see any marks on the spokes or hub.

BLB track pedals. These are showing some obvious paint loss, but mechanically are very good, the sealed bearings still smooth and feel pretty new, and the bodies showing only minor scuffs from everyday use, no bent corners etc. £13

Bontrager Lowriser MTB cockpit. Includes Shimano 8 speed gear/brake levers and Satellite gel grips. All about a year old and working perfectly. There's a scuff on the l/h lever though, and a screw holding down the plastic face plate has rounded, but it's still possible to get easy access underneath it to change the gear cable. Length 61cm. Bar clamp size is 25.4mm, and I can include a suitable ahead stem, if it's needed. £10
NB I also have various high end (XT, Race Face etc) MTB cassettes (several are new) and bottom brackets I'm trying to dig out, to add on here, PM me if anyone's interested.

BLB risers. Looks in excellent condition, besides some marks around the stem clamp area. Length is 47cm, and they've not been cut down. Clamp size 25.4mm. £8

Unbranded riser bars and stem.Pretty good condition, with a few faint scratches on the top of the stem, and some marks to the bars from brake lever clamps. Fits 1 1/8" steerers. £3

Unbranded bullhorns. Well used condition, with zigzag marks from brake clamps, as well as scratches here and there. Clamp size 25.4mm. With at widest point 43cm. Wine bottle cork bar ends free:) £3

Valvert skewers. Includes rear wheel skewer and seat post clamping pinch bolt. Both new. £3

Vittoria Competition Atlanta tubulars x2. Very nice condition, and would look never to have been punctured/repaired, no flint cuts besides the v tiny ones normally found. These hold high pressure, although I've never fitted/used them. Size is 22-28", which I believe is 700c. Width looks to be 23mm. £10 each.
