Gonna need moah than one volvo for this. One well packed Luton might work

Possibly overweight in a 3.5t luton. The payload of a transit is a tonne, an 18mm sheet of softwood ply is around 30kg. That's 33sheets. OSB is heavier still at around 34kg

The OSB ones are definitely lighter than the ply boards.

@ Woof!
As luck would have it I'm driving an empty transit between London and Edinburgh in the first week of September.

No I'm afraid, We've been trying but without more notice we've been struggling find a place to put it.
Dear UK scene,
Does anyone want a wooden polo court? It has to be dismantled and removed from Herne Hill velodrome. It will be taken apart on Sunday 28th and has to be gone soon after. I am going to talk to a scrap wood dealer in Nunhead about collection, but I would prefer if the court was used for polo.
There are approximately 65 panels on site. About 18 of them are plywood, with a sealed plastic waterproof coating (they were used as hoarding on a high end apartment development in Woolwich). The remainder are OSB panels, and although they have been treated with green sealant, they are starting to show their age. But there is still a good two or three years use left in them. The uprights are all solid timber which have also been treated.
There are railway sleepers used to anchor the side panels, but I am unsure if these are staying on site or not. I can confirm with HH.
What you'd need is a truck to transport it. A high van might be enough to do it, but I couldnt guarantee you'd be able to do it in one trip...
If you're interested in owning this piece of UK polo history, please get in touch. Thanks.
