Bike insurance

Hi.
Just got a new bike. I leave the bike locked at the station. Thought it might be a good idea to insure. Does anyone have any experience or advise? Is it worth it?

Why? They seem to be OK for my phone claim. I sent my travel documents a replacement quotation....they transferred the money within 3-4 days

They asked me to get a damage quotation which cost me £35. Then a week later they say I'm not covered. Despite me paying for their best coverage and zero excess. I'm demanding a refund now

I hadn't seen Columbus before, might have to give them a miss.

I think it is going to be very hard to find one that allows me to leave my bike at the station for extended periods without being classed as abandoned! :(
