Chrome kursk spd 13 (black)

I have a brand new pair of size 13 Chrome Kursk cycling trainers for sale. Last ones I saw on here were for £70 so I will say £65. As you can see, brand new in box...for collection in NW10 or can meet up in town somewhere potentially.

On closer inspection it appears that these are 13 US size which would make them a 12-12.5 UK or 46 European size. This is just based on a stickered label on the box which says 13US, as the shoes themselves strangely don't have the normal labelling of all sizes - can anyone else confirm that this is normally how Chrome Kursk's are labelled, and that they should be a 12-12.5 UK?
also, not sure if it makes a difference but they are the 2.0 model, and the fixing for the cleats as well as the cover bit are all there:

Chromes are usually half a size larger than normal, so these would come out as 11.5 in UK sizing. GLWS!
